JWI was the selected contractor for a total renovation of this bed and breakfast located near the historic Keeneland racetrack in Central Kentucky. Working with and incorporating design elements of famed interior designer, Barb Purdy, www.barbarapurdydesign.com, we were able to transform this landmark into a world renowned destination for horse enthusiast and tourist alike.

The project was completed in three phases over a two year period. It included the main house with four suites, gathering and dining rooms, kitchen and full basement complete with bar and billiard room. Another phase included the manager’s quarters and two grand suites. All rooms have views of the working horse farm which is the setting for the Eighth Pole Inn, www.eighthpoleinn.com

The final phase consisted of all new landscaping including an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, gated entry and driveways. It is truly a great place to enjoy the beautiful Kentucky horse country.
